At Print Spark, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom apparel and products. Please carefully review our return and refund guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a defective product, such as:

Misprints

Damaged materials

Manufacturing defects
Please note that normal wear and tear or minor variations in color, finish, or size inherent to custom printing are not considered defects.
2. Reporting a Defective Item
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@printspark.com with:

Your order number

Purchase date
-
A detailed description of the defect

Photos or videos clearly illustrating the issue
3. Review and Approval
Our customer support team will promptly review your request. If your product qualifies for a return or exchange, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
4. Return & Exchange Process
Upon receiving and verifying the defect, Print Spark will:

Replace the defective product free of charge, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method (at our discretion).
5. Shipping Costs
Print Spark will cover all shipping costs related to approved returns and replacements. Please wait for approval from our customer support before returning any product, as unauthorized returns may not qualify for shipping cost reimbursement.
6. Non-Eligible Returns
Orders placed in error, incorrect selections (size, color, design), or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for return or exchange. We encourage you to carefully review all product details before placing your order.
