Print Spark Free Design & Revision Policy — Terms & Conditions
At Print Spark, we’re proud to include Free Design Support with many of our products to make your ordering process simple, creative, and stress-free. Our design team brings your ideas to life while keeping projects efficient for everyone involved.
Please review the details below before starting your project.
What’s Included in Free Design
- 1 initial mockup created using your provided content and preferences.
- 2 rounds of complimentary revisions to fine-tune your design.
- Applies to simple projects such as workwear (t-shirts, polos, hoodies), car magnets, stickers, and basic single-sided flyers.
- Includes minor edits like adjusting colors, fonts, placement, or sizing.
Turnaround time: 2–3 business days per revision round, once all required content has been received.
What’s Not Included
The following services fall outside of Free Design and may require additional charges:
- Brochures, menus, or multi-page layouts
- Full branding or logo creation
- Translation or copywriting services
- Projects needing major layout changes or 4+ revision rounds
- Complex or multi-placement designs
Revision Policy
Every project includes two (2) free revision rounds after the initial mockup.
Revisions cover:
- Moving or resizing elements
- Swapping graphics or colors
- Adjusting spacing, fonts, or layout details
A new design request is required when:
- The overall layout or concept changes
- The client replaces most of the text or images
- The project restarts with a completely new idea
Each new design request will be quoted separately.
Additional Design Options
If you need extra design time or want more creative input, we offer:
- Additional Revisions: $25 per hour (billed by the full hour)
- Full Design Package: $50 flat rate — includes advanced layout, branding guidance, and template suggestions for projects like brochures, stand-up banners, or detailed marketing materials
These options ensure flexibility for clients who need deeper creative support beyond the standard free design service.
File Ownership
All artwork and design files remain the property of Print Spark.
Clients who wish to own the editable design files may purchase a File Release Package for $100, which includes all working and final files in editable format.
Content Requirements
To begin design work, clients must provide:
- All text, taglines, and content
- Logos, images, or artwork (in print-ready formats when possible)
- Preferred colors, fonts, or style references
Projects will not begin until all materials have been received.
Approval Process
Before production begins, you’ll receive a final proof for review.
Please verify spelling, colors, and layout carefully. Once a design is approved:
- Any further edits will count as a new project or paid revision
- Print Spark is not responsible for errors approved in the final proof
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround is:
- Initial mockup: 2–3 business days after receiving complete conten
- Revisions: 1–2 business days per round
Complex projects or delayed feedback may extend these timelines.
Communication
Clients may send revision requests via text, email, or direct message.
To keep the process efficient:
- Please group all requested changes into a single message per revision round.
- Designers do not communicate directly with clients — all communication goes through Sales or Admin.
