1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship through trusted carriers with delivery typically occurring within 3-7 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location within the continental United States.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling $299 or more (before taxes and after any discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $299, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the order’s weight and dimensions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have questions or issues regarding your shipment, please contact our customer support team.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
6. Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you realize an error after placing your order.
